At Franchise FastLane, we like to say we put our money where our mouth is. What we’re talking about is how our employees aren’t just advocates for the two dozen brands in our best-in-class portfolio. In many cases, they’re also invested in the success of our brands as franchise owners themselves!

When Franchise FastLane launched Shrunk 3D, it was big news when CEO Carey Gille and her husband became proud owners covering the state of Nebraska. The pair also own an EverLine Coatings and Services franchise to boot! The Gille’s aren’t the only examples – not by a longshot. In this blog, we celebrate our employees who don’t just have a day job here, but also an entrepreneurial future with some of our brands.

Mike Samson & Carin Skowronsky – EverLine Coatings and Services

Two of Franchise FastLane’s top Sr. Directors of Franchise Development, Mike Samson and Carin Skowronsky, are seasoned entrepreneurs and Minnesota-based franchisees of EverLine Coatings and Services. EverLine is North America’s fastest growing pavement maintenance and line-striping franchise and handles everything from sealcoating and asphalt repair to filling cracks and custom stenciling. Samson shares that EverLine’s business model is the complete package, stating, “EverLine offers franchisees a rare combination of assets, including a lucrative and proven B2B business model, award winning corporate support, and cutting edge technology – all of which give owners a decisive marketplace advantage in an extremely fragmented industry.” Skowronsky agrees as she talks about her decision to invest in the EverLine brand, “There’s no shortage of B2B clients to pursue with EverLine Coatings and Services. It’s been a good decision from day one and I’m proud to invest back in the brands that made the cut to join Franchise FastLane’s portfolio.”

Brent Seebohm – Bar-B-Clean

Franchise FastLane is lucky to have a talented VP of Brand Partnerships like Brent Seebohm. A veteran with the company, he evaluates brands to join the FastLane – from inquiry to signing. When he is not busy helping franchisors, he is also running his Bar-B-Clean franchise, an at-home grill cleaning and refurbishing concept that joined the FastLane in 2023. What does he like about this innovative, all-mobile home service brand? “Bar-B-Clean is such a unique and emerging concept within franchising,” states Seebohm. “This brand is a natural bolt-on home service business for already existing entrepreneurs. I was so glad to hear that the Nashville territory was available to purchase. And (founder) Bryan Weinstein has been a tremendously supportive and incredible founder!”

Don Tarinelli/Mike Baguley/Connor Castleman – Gameday Men’s Health

Don Tarinelli, Executive VP of Franchise Development at Franchise FastLane, joins Mike Baguley and Connor Castleman as three of Gameday Men’s Health franchisees. What does Don think about this brand’s potential? “Gameday Men’s Health has changed the game of franchising since joining the FastLane last summer! The mission of helping men get back to their game alongside the strong support from the franchisor made investing in this brand an easy decision. I’m really excited to see this brand score big in Utah!” Mike Baguley, a Director of Franchise Development at FastLane certainly agrees, stating, “Gameday Men’s Health is unlike any other brand in franchising! I’m very excited to not only represent this brand on the franchisor level but now as a franchisee. We can’t wait to see the lives we will impact!” Rounding out the three Gameday owners is Franchise Specialist Connor Castleman, who went into business as a franchisee in partnership with his parents. He’s been amazed at the interest level and just how far this brand could go in the marketplace. “From a lead-generation standpoint, there has been a flood of interest in the Gameday Men’s Health business opportunity. It's becoming a force to be reckoned with in the franchise industry and I’m proud to be a promotor and an investor for this up and coming brand.”

Dana DeMarino & Josh Emison – Tippi Toes

As another one of our talented Directors of Franchise Development, Dana DeMarino continually demonstrates the value of investing in our brands – something she also took to heart as an owner of Tippi Toes. This dance studio concept helps instill confidence, positivity, and joy in the lives of countless children – as well as their owners. What does Dana think about owning a Tippi Toes franchise? “Tippi Toes is more than a franchise to me! Every single person involved within the franchise stands for something and really is there to support each other. It’s a great business but more importantly something so easy to stand behind and feel great about.” The business model was also intriguing enough to get the attention of Josh Emison, a Franchise Guide, who owns a territory of his own in his home state of Colorado.

Jake Hamburger – DonutNV

An expert at helping to guide candidates through the discovery process, one of our VP’s of Franchise Development, Jake Hamburger, guided himself right into an entrepreneurial future with DonutNV – an all-mobile food truck selling hot donuts and ice-cold lemonade. What does he like most about the sweet opportunity with DonutNV? “I chose DonutNV because of the fun, community focus of the brand. I just loved the idea of serving smiles across our community through an extremely simple business model with very few moving parts. It also helps that the donuts and lemonade are both SO good!”

TJ Kissane & Brent Seebohm – Mosquito Shield

TJ Kissane is FastLane’s Sr Vice President of Franchise Development, but he’s also a franchise owner with Mosquito Shield in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. Mosquito Shield has over two decades of experience in the pest control industry, and their success lies in their unconventional approach to eradicating summer’s most infamous scourge. Rather than selling treatments in a monthly cycle, Mosquito Shield has found a better success rate in their flexible spray schedule that offers treatments more frequently. Kissane remarks, “This is a brand who’s unique approach and pest control success has led to an unmatched customer retention level. That’s why it’s called Mosquito Shield and not something else.” Along with his Bar-B-Clean operation, VP of Brand Partnerships, Brent Seebohm, also owns a Mosquito Shield franchise, making him a multi-unit FastLane franchisee. “Why stop at just one?,” he remarks. “Both of these FastLane concepts are proven winners and a great way to earn passive income on the side.”

Carin Skowronsky & Mike Samson – All Dry Services

Thanks to their EverLine and All Dry franchise operations, Mike Samson and Carin Skowronsky are also multi-unit owners of FastLane brands. All Dry is a leading water damage and remediation franchise that offers rapid residential and commercial cleaning services whenever disaster strikes. “It’s an advantage to invest in a recession-resistant brand,” says Samson. “The opportunity to play the part of community hero is always present with All Dry.” Skowronsky, the former Director of All Dry at FastLane agrees. “This is a brand with excellent unit economics, as many current All Dry franchisees can attest. As an owner myself, I’m always available to handle any validation requests from qualified candidates looking to launch their own entrepreneurial careers.”

Jesse Hudson – The Exercise Coach

The FastLane employee who heads up our innovative CarPool program, Jesse Hudson, is also a Minnesota-based franchisee with The Exercise Coach – the largest and fastest growing personal training franchise on the market today. His operation is one of the hundreds of fitness studios that have cropped up from coast to coast since being founded back in 2010. “Fitness is important to me, which is why The Exercise Coach’s business model appealed to me,” shared Hudson. “Thanks to hiring a qualified Lead Coach, the brand offers a great opportunity to run the studio as a semi-absentee owner.”

Brent Dowling – Anchored Tiny Homes

When Anchored Tiny Homes recently became a Franchise FastLane brand, Brent Dowling decided to jump on the bandwagon. This upstart brand offers owners a stake in the growing trend of manufacturing accessory dwelling units (ADUs) such as he-sheds, she-sheds, and other high-quality outbuildings. ”I was really taken with the potential of Anchored Tiny Homes,” stated Dowling, whose territory is located in his home state of Colorado. “Our contractors and subcontractors handle the jobs, allowing owners to focus on working in the business, not on it.”
