From experience, I have grown to love the franchise community. Owners interact with other owners and corporate employees, and develop new ideas and grow their businesses together. On a very practical level, a franchise owner is able to walk into an already "tried and true" business model that has proven success. So much of the core structure and operations of the business are already provided for by the franchisor. This interactive support allows franchisees to be successful easier and faster than they would have otherwise. The continual input from owners makes the franchisor grow and become successful and this all works in a very synergistic and positive way.
Both of my parents are physicians in Pittsburgh, PA and semi-retiring. My older sister is a practicing attorney in Pittsburgh, PA and currently is also a multi-unit franchise owner. She has been married to my brother-in-law for 11 years who owns a General Contracting business. They have 2 boys together who are 10 and 8 years old. My younger brother is a quantitative financial analyst for a major bank. I also have a fur baby, a Miniature Goldendoodle, named Enzo.
My major hobby is traveling around the world and trying new foods and experiencing other cultures. I love spending time with my family and with my dog named Enzo.
