Director of Brand Partnerships
"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts." – Winston Churchill
As the Director of Brand Partnerships, I am responsible for assisting with the execution of the company's franchise recruitment strategy for the classic FFL and CarPool product offerings. I will focus on identifying, attracting, and qualifying new franchise brands that align with our company's vision, values and current service offerings in the FastLane or with CarPool.

I love the diversity! There are so many unique brands and industries out there, and I have the opportunity to engage with and learn from them all the time. I also love that franchising can change lives. When I was a coach, I had a candidate and his wife who were both underpaid in their roles, and both of them were experiencing some major professional hardships. We were able to find a franchise that fit them, and within a year they were making more money in their business alone than both of their previous jobs combined. They became a team in the business and are still growing and improving five years later. That kind of change through franchising is not typical in most career changes and it's a wonderful thing to see people become self-sufficient.
I am not married, and I have no pets, but I have been dating my girlfriend Naivene for a year now and she is a district manager for Jersey Mike's.
My immediate family (parents and brother) all live in Montana, which I try to visit as much as possible.
Weightlifting, hiking, painting, Jiu-Jitsu, and scuba diving are my current interests. I have been a weightlifter since high school, I have been diving for about 15 years, and just about to complete my first consistent year doing Jiu-Jitsu.
