As an Accountant at Franchise FastLane you will play a critical role in managing the financial health and integrity of our organization. You will be responsible for various accounting tasks and will work closely with our financial team to ensure accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, and sound financial decision-making.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and classified.
Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations to identify discrepancies and rectify them promptly.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets, as well as periodic forecasts, and provide guidance on achieving financial goals.
Auditing: Support external audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and collections.

We are need a Franchise Guide who will connect and nurture leads generated from our FastLeads program, educating prospective franchise owners on our portfolio of franchise brands. As first point of contact and first impression, they will act as a trusted resource and guide identified leads through the qualification process, helping determine which of our brands may be a fit. Speed to lead, being intentional and influential, and building trust are all essential elements to the success of this role. Exceptional communication, organizational and technology skills are critical while also being accountable and able to adapt to change that comes with working in the growing, ever-evolving FastLeads program.
• Develop and maintain an expert-level understanding of the franchise business model and franchising investment investigation processes.
• Execute a social-selling program to help bring awareness to our franchise opportunities.
