The Role
Franchise FastLane is seeking a leader to oversee our Creative and Content teams, composed of Graphic Designers, Video Producers and Content Producers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the creation, management, and production of all our visual communications, content strategy and design solutions for a variety of uses including digital marketing, sales enablement, website, email, earned and paid media, logo and brand design systems, brand campaigns, video & photography. You will also lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, content creators, and videographers, ensuring the consistent execution of the brand’s visual identity and creative vision. The role requires a mix of strong creative direction, project management, and hands-on design expertise. This role will coach and develop the team while leveling up our design and content execution - directly impacting the Franchisor, Franchisee, Partnership and Prospect experience. Your charge is to produce compelling content that aligns with the company’s goals and engages our target audiences.
This role reports directly to the SVP, Marketing and works cross-functionally with other members of the Marketing team as well as other internal teams across the organization, including but not limited to Sales, HR, Operations and the Leadership Team.

This role will focus on generating interest and demand among potential franchisees, using a combination of inbound and outbound tactics, digital channels, content marketing, paid media, and marketing automation. You’ll bring creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven insight to Franchise FastLane at the forefront of revenue marketing excellence. This position reports to the SVP, Marketing and is a key member of the Marketing Leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B demand generation, performance marketing, brand marketing, strategic partnerships and lead nurturing within the franchise, SaaS or similar sectors. You will collaborate closely with sales, content, and product teams to develop campaigns that resonate with prospective franchise owners, optimize lead conversion rates, and contribute to the company's overall growth objectives, while helping modernize and professionalize the existing Marketing and Business Development teams.
