Even though we’re only in the third month of 2024, Franchise FastLane has plenty of updates to share! From events to promotions to milestones achieved, this month was filled with celebration! Our First Companywide Gathering is in the Books

On Feb. 20, we hosted a very special in-person event - our FIRST all-team company meeting and celebration in Omaha, NE. Over 90 FastLaners from all over the country (and Canada!) came together to reflect on the incredible year we had in 2023, strategize for the year to come, and celebrate big! Each year, FastLane develops a theme and TIFs – The Important Few – rather than the unimportant many. We are SO excited to share that our theme for this year is “2024 – Bringin’ Ya More!” To sum it up, we’re dedicated more than ever to bringing everyone – our brands, our consultant partners, and our employees MORE success in 2024! A Next Big Thing Brand Joins the FastLane

We are proud to announce that Cabinet IQ has joined our portfolio of high-performing brands. Like many of the other franchise opportunities in our group, Cabinet IQ began as a family-owned and operated enterprise, with a goal of becoming the franchise industry leader in the installation of kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops. As a franchisor, they are an emerging brand, but this brand is backed by Franchise Altitude – A growth equity capital provider that empowers select emerging franchisors with the investment capital and guidance to reach their full potential! Cabinet IQ will be knocking down the competition and is ready to be the Next Big Thing brand in franchising. Promotions and New FastLaners

Employee development and growth is big here in the FastLane. That is why we are so excited to share that Don Tarinelli has been promoted to Executive VP of Franchise Development! Don has been in the FastLane for over four years and has changed hundreds of lives awarding over 1,000 territories (averaging a 2-3 packs). “We’re so excited for Don and his new position here in the FastLane. Don was born to lead and does so with the biggest smile on his face,” said CEO Carey Gille. “His purpose-driven leadership in our franchise development department has truly set an example for others to follow.” In other promotions news, Hannah Miller has been elevated to the position of Compliance Team Leader. Additionally, the FastLane family continues to GROW! This month we welcomed Jason Howell who joined the team as a Director of Franchise Development on Cabinet IQ. Howell is a seasoned veteran in the franchising industry, with over a decade of experience helping more than 1,000 entrepreneurial candidates turn their business ownership dreams into reality.

Program Upgrade

Franchise FastLane’s “MasterMind” Program launched in 2023, designed to help our brand partners scale their operations and assist their franchisee networks with the tools and resources necessary to address today’s business challenges head-on. Well, guess what? The program just got an upgrade, “MasterMind 2.0.” We’ve added some innovative enhancements, beginning with the consolidation of participating groups to two, down from the previous three. This setting maximizes input and allows participants to benefit from a wider range of shared experiences. Other specific program enhancements have been put into place, designed to inspire real action, catalyze growth opportunities, and strengthen leadership, such as:

• Guest speakers and experts who can deliver high-value content and ideas
• Leadership development content that fosters innovative thinking with a growth mindset
• EOS^® Toolkit with components that address synergy, talent, predictive analysis, and consistency

Another key development includes a new value-added benefit – complimentary one-on-one operational MasterCoaching Sessions with David Gullotti, offering a deeper dive with franchisors to improve the short and long-term success of the brand’s people, systems, and processes. Here are some news and noteworthy accomplishments from our brand partners at Franchise FastLane:

• Everline Coatings & Services – the 250-strong EverLine team recently held their annual franchisee conference in Cancun, Mexico. 75 franchisees had the opportunity to spend over two days of learning and growth in one of the most beautiful tropical settings around. And their annual awards ceremony was said to be a big hit! Check out the photos below!

• Hallmark Homecare – Franchise FastLane celebrated National Caregivers Day, honoring the one and only, Hallmark Homecare! Hallmark Homecare is the ONLY referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking that requires NO employees, NO inventory, and no office space to start! Their executive team also has a combined 100+ years of collective homecare experience. In 2023, Franchise FastLane brought 33 new franchisees and 100 new territories to the Hallmark franchise family.

• Anchored Tiny Homes - One of the newest brands in the FastLane had some recent openings in Portland, Oregon and Simpsonville, South Carolina! Congratulations to these new franchisees who are now open and operating. In addition, Anchored Tiny Homes held its FIRST Confirmation Day in the FastLane! What an exciting time for this brand!
