Franchise FastLane Enhances MasterMind Program

At Franchise FastLane, we’re known for developing and implementing internal initiatives designed to enhance franchise development and sales efforts at the brand level. And one of the best examples is our MasterMind Program. Launched a year ago, this client-focused initiative, tagged as “The Strategic Pit Stop,” is designed to help our brand partners scale their operations and assist their franchisee networks in addressing today’s business challenges. Designated groups of 10-11 brands participate in one and a half-hour Zoom meetings each month to address topics of their choosing in a highly interactive “Groupthink” environment.

The MasterMind sessions are hosted by our own Cyndi Kammerer, Director of Training and Support, and David Gullotti, MasterMind and Special Project Lead, who specializes in helping businesses reach their full and intended potential. Updates were made to enhance this program, so keep reading to learn what’s new!

 

Shared Opportunities to Learn

One of the key attributes of the MasterMind program is that franchisors have the opportunity to learn from one another’s shared experiences. Many new and emerging brands – the kind Franchise FastLane specializes in working with – will experience the common growing pains that come with sustaining rapid growth and expansion. But by design, the MasterMind groupthink sessions provide insights and actionable advice - so brand representatives can work on the business, not in it. What’s New for 2024

In our continuing effort to provide value for our brand partners, we’ve made some innovative enhancements to the MasterMind program in 2024 – starting with consolidating the participating groups down from three to two. This new setting maximizes input and allows participants to benefit from a wider range of shared experiences. Other specific program enhancements have been put into place, each designed to inspire real action, catalyze growth opportunities, and strengthen leadership, such as:

 

  • Guest speakers and experts who can deliver high-value content and ideas
  • Leadership development content that fosters innovative thinking with a growth mindset
  • EOS® Toolkit with components that address synergy, talent, predictive analysis, and consistency

 

Another key development includes a new value-added benefit – complimentary one-on-one operational MasterCoaching Sessions with David Gullotti, offering a deeper dive with franchisors to improve the short and long-term success of the brand’s people, systems, and processes. The 2024 MasterMind editorial calendar is jam-packed with topics designed to spark conversations and help our brand partners aspire to greater levels of success.
