Franchise FastLane CarPool Brand Spotlight: SPENGA
In 2023, Franchise FastLane launched a first-of-its kind program called CarPool - a franchise development coaching and administrative services program designed to become a brand-based solution for the many, not just the chosen few. The program is open to emerging and established brands looking to perfect their processes and plug into Franchise FastLane’s proven systems. With CarPool, franchisors can keep sales development in-house while receiving coaching, technology infrastructure, and administrative support, as well as organic lead qualification, territory checks, call scheduling, validation, and leadership call reminders. In addition, brands receive guidance on consultant network contracts, assistance with compliance issues, and up-to-date territory mapping. To sum it up, CarPool allows franchisors to lower their risk, save money, and enhance sales efforts.

Bryan Clark is the Area Developer for SPENGA in Ohio, operating studios in both Hilliard and Gahanna. He was introduced to franchising through a friend and tested the waters with a purchase in Dallas – but that was before he discovered SPENGA. By then, he’d investigated plenty of business models, but SPENGA stood out, primarily because the workout itself truly resonated with him and his fit-focused lifestyle. Looking back, he provides a rundown of his experience with the brand. “I started construction in February 2020, so when the world shut down while we were building out the space, I was very nervous. SPENGA corporate moved in to support us and get us through a very uncertain time. After surviving that, things have been great. Both of my studios continue to grow and hit new highs!” As for the future, Clark is more than optimistic. “I am focused on growing my teams, my businesses and supporting my members all while having some fun and changing some lives!”
