What do you love most about franchising?

What I love most about franchising is how it empowers entrepreneurs and small business owners by providing them with a proven business model and a support network to thrive.

Tell us about your family...

I am a cat dad to my three lovely fur-babies; Marley, Lily, and Lilac (all girls). Outside of that, I have a very blended family. I was raised by my mother, Brenna, who I am closest with. She remarried later in my life to my step-father, Chris, which brought me three new step-brothers, Barry, Colin, and Sebastian. Through my biological father, Rico Sr. (who I still keep in contact with), I have an older half-brother named Tale.

Hobbies...

Currently I enjoy listening to thriller podcasts like "Hidden Signal: Evergreen" and "How i Died." I'm into D&D, so I like watching Critical Role and Dimension 20 content. Lastly, I enjoy being active. So going to the gym or going for a walk on a nice day feels very rewarding.
