Coming from a background in multi-unit leadership with Best Buy, Mike made his transition into franchise sales in 2017 and little did he know how much it would change his life.

In his earlier career, Mike was continuously recognized as a top performer in sales, people development and bringing underperforming teams up to the top of the rankings. A former peer introduced Mike to franchising, and he quickly saw the amount of opportunity that the industry offered. He transitioned his seasoned sales and leadership skills into franchise development and has flourished as a highly praised developer ever since.

Mike joined Franchise Fastlane in 2020 as Director of Franchise Development. Based in Minnesota, Mike spends his free time golfing (during the months that he can!) and hanging out with his wife and kids.
