I support our legal and compliance teams in managing contract reviews, drafting documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations. I conduct legal research, assist with litigation, and help identify and reduce legal risks. I also keep our documentation and databases organized to ensure smooth legal processes.

What do you love most about FRANCHISING?

Franchising enables so many to achieve their dreams. For franchisors, it’s incredibly rewarding to see their brilliant ideas evolve from small businesses into thriving brands through the efforts of incredible franchisees. For franchisees, it offers a pathway for aspiring entrepreneurs to become business owners and fulfill their ambitions. I feel so lucky to be a witness to so many achieving their dreams.

Tell us about your family...

My husband, Greg, and I met in college and have been married for over 18 years. We have five wonderful children: Drew (17), Nathan (15), Lucas (12), Hailey (10), and our newest addition, Hannah (1). We’re also blessed with two furry friends, Willy (golden-doodle) and Herbert (labrador retriever). Our house is crazy at times but full of love.

Hobbies...

Most of my time outside of work is spent on the sidelines or in the audience cheering on my littles. They are active in various activities, including football, soccer, track, and dance. When I’m not sitting on the sidelines, I enjoy walking with my youngest and reading a good mystery.
