After spending the early portion of his career working for a Fortune 500 company, Aaron joined the world of franchising in 2014 and has not looked back. He started as the Director of Training and Development for a young franchise, and it was there that he got his first look at all things franchise related. While facilitating the brand’s Discovery Day events, Aaron fell in love with the sales and development side of franchising. He soon left training to pursue his passion for franchise sales. In 2015 Aaron joined one of the fastest growing fitness franchises in the country and since then has helped people from all walks of life realize their dream of becoming business owners.
Aaron joined the team at Franchise FastLane in 2019 as Director of Franchise Development. A Utah native, Aaron loves all things outdoors, and that is where he prefers to spend his time with his German Shepherd when not working.
