Franchise FastLane Rear View Mirror: What Happened in November

November is truly a month for giving thanks, and we are certainly grateful to have the opportunity to work with amazing employees, brand partners, consultant partners, and candidates. It’s hard to believe that 2023 is quickly coming to a close with LESS THAN one month left, but it’s also not surprising when you consider the astonishing growth and success we’ve been blessed with this year. Before we close the books on 2023 here’s a quick look back at all the exciting updates we enjoyed in the month of November.

Thought Leadership Content from Our Fearless CEO

We’re thankful that our CEO Carey Gille authored not one – but TWO – thought leadership bylines that were published this month. In a submission to Franchising Magazine USA, she shared her knowledge and insight on building, nurturing, and maintaining a unique corporate culture in the competitive world of franchising. This was followed up by a personal profile that was featured in Authority Magazine, in which Carey shared her opinion of how to turn a good sales team into a great one. FastLaners Who Deserve a “High Five”

We are dedicated and committed to our culture here at Franchise FastLane. Employees can send in “high fives” acknowledging their peers and the contributions they make to the company. We are SO thankful for all of our drivers, but wanted to highlight a special few who stood out:

Sam Chacon – “Sam has been crushing it and she is so humble about it. She has had lots to keep her busy, but still finds the time to have one-on-one calls with her directors when they need her and help out other support team members - and she does all of it with such a genuine desire to help others. I am so thankful to have her on my team.”

Anna Huelle – “Anna is a leader among leaders, both inside and outside of the office. As the Marketing Team has grown and more tasks come our way, Anna is always communicating early to us new deliverables, timelines, etc. for us to be prepared. She is a diligent manager! She also does everything with a smile on her face. She inspires us to strive for greatness and even organizes team bonding activities for us! We couldn't do it without her!”

Wes Graves – “Wes has been AMAZING at letting me know when candidates need to be rescheduled AND he has gone the extra mile and pushed out the date on follow-up tasks where needed, or checked off my task if he has been able to re-schedule candidates. It may seem small, but this has made a big impact for me, and has been a huge time saver. Thank you for going the extra mile!”

New FastLaners and Corporate Anniversaries

In November, we welcomed new employees and celebrated the anniversaries of several key members of our workforce. This month we were beyond thankful to have added three new FastLaners to our growing family. Karyn White has joined the team as a Director of Franchise Development, and both Amanda Brich and Hanna Leonard have been welcomed to our organization as Sales Support Specialists. As for anniversaries, Tony Kimble celebrated his one-year anniversary, Anicca Adams and Ben Rickord celebrated their second, and Patrick Sanchez has surpassed the four-year mark. We appreciate all they do for Franchise FastLane!

Volunteering and Giving Back

November is a month for giving back and we were proud to have sent two separate groups of our employees to volunteer on two consecutive days at Omaha’s Food Bank of the Heartland. Also, it wouldn’t be the month of Thanksgiving without a team potluck dinner event. Thanks to the amazing recipes, cooking, and baking skills of our fellow FastLaners, it was truly a feast for the ages!

As you can see, we had MUCH to be thankful for in November – just as it should be. We’re excited to close out this year the only way we know how – with the PEDAL TO THE METAL! It’s been a memorable, meaningful, and blessed year for our organization, so that leaves us with a singular mission in the coming year – continue to inspire and change more lives through franchise ownership.
