Franchise FastLane Appoints Patrick Sanchez New VP of Brand Recruitment

OMAHA, NE (Oct. 1, 2024) – Franchise FastLane, the industry’s No. 1 franchise sales organization (FSO), has announced that longtime employee Patrick Sanchez has been appointed to the role of Vice-President of Brand Recruitment. In this role, Sanchez is responsible for leading and executing all company strategies related to identifying, recruiting, and partnering with new and emerging franchise brands that demonstrate high potential. Sanchez previously served as one of the company’s Vice President of Franchise Development, where he was instrumental in onboarding four new franchise concepts - one of which was later acquired by a private equity firm.

A results-driven sales and development specialist, Patrick Sanchez spent nearly a decade as the Western Regional Director for Complete Nutrition, managing 50 staffers and overseeing his region’s growth within 12 retail locations and $8 million in annual sales. He joined Franchise FastLane in 2019 as a Director of Franchise Development, with oversight of six of the 25+ brands in the organization’s portfolio. In 2023, Sanchez was promoted to Vice President of Franchise Development, where he was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training of all other director-level franchise development specialists in the company. To date, he’s worked with over 2,000 candidates, changing lives on a massive scale through the awarding of over 350+ new territories thanks to the effective relationships he’s established with franchise consultants and other various new business development partners.
