Franchise FastLane’s 2023 Midyear Report

It’s hard to believe how quickly time flies when you’re inspiring life change through business ownership on a daily basis. It’s even harder to believe that we are halfway through 2023. WOW, what a year it has been! Our incredible team of life changing leaders at Franchise FastLane has had immense growth and accomplishments in the first six months of the year. As we buckle up for the next lap in the FastLane, we wanted to ride down memory lane and delve into the milestones, challenges and triumphs that have shaped our road today. Typically, our final blog of every month is a retrospective piece highlighting each month individually to keep our consultant partners, brand partners, and franchisees up to date on life in the FastLane. It’s time to rev up our engines and reminisce on the extraordinary journey we’ve taken over the last six months:

 

January

As 2023 dawned, Franchise FastLane celebrated six years as a franchise sales organization. From humble beginnings, we’ve managed to create a company that’s earned a reputation as the No. 1 FSO in the country, ranked No. 182 in Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies in America, and have had the honor to work with the best brands in the industry. Happy Birthday to us! The new year started off strong with our sales team traveling to both FranChoice and FCC conferences where we presented on our brands, networked and had a lot of fun with our consultant partners!

 

February-March

The next two months went in the blink of an eye! Our team hosted a mixer in Austin, TX with our consultant partners at IFPG. Although lots of business was done, we had to have some friendly competition on the race track. VROOM VROOM! With our growing, driven team, it was time to move out of the old and in with the new! Franchise FastLane moved into a brand new office, and we love the space and working environment it provides. Additionally, we launched two youth enrichment brands – M14Hoops and Tippi Toes.

 

April

Spring sprung quickly in the FastLane with the launch of our MasterMind program. This program was designed to help our brands connect, learn and grow from one another through interactive groupthink sessions. In these monthly meetings, participants take a deep dive into topics that allow them to focus on the business, not just in the business. Our team was on the road yet again as they attended the FranNet Spring Meeting and virtually engaged with the consultants over at IFPG for their Virtual Summit. Conferences give us the chance to learn new industry trends and share amazing news on our brand partners. To kick off the new quarter, we also introduced our third brand of the year, Bar-B-Clean!

 

May

There was a lot to celebrate in May! To kick start this amazing month, Franchise FastLane surpassed an incredible milestone in responsibly awarding over 5,500 territories across the U.S. in the last 6 ½ years! One of our core values is to “Inspire Life Change” and we are overwhelmed with gratitude for having been a part of so many extraordinary, life-changing moments through franchise ownership. Each territory awarded represents a leap of faith, a dream pursued, and a life transformed. Adding to our festivities, we hosted a Franchise FastLane Celebration where we invited our partners at Southfield Capital to join us for meetings, a casino night filled with games, prizes and lots of laughs, and a morning treat by one of our brands, DonutNV. Time spent with the FastLane team can’t be beat!

 

June

We rounded out the first half of the year by announcing growth for our leadership team! Congratulations to Jen Cain, our new Executive Vice President of Franchise Development, TJ Kissane for responsibly awarding over 1,000 territories and earning the title of Senior Vice President of Franchise Development, and Patrick Sanchez and Jessica McLean, both being promoted to Vice President of Franchise Development. These promotions will result in even more focus and stronger leadership as we take The Next Lap in the FastLane. Following our exciting news, we launched two new brands, Gameday Men’s Health and Black Optix Tint. Our team also enjoyed the summer sun at FCC’s conference in the Dominican Republic, and at the Men’s College World Series in Omaha, NE with FranChoice and Franchise Sidekick.

 

The team at Franchise FastLane continues to be gritty, hungry and brings it to every task at hand. They drive results that take us to the next level and leave a trail of admirable accomplishments. We are so proud of what this team has achieved in the first six months, and we can’t wait to reflect on this year as a whole. Buckle up because we promise the best is yet to come!
