Franchise FastLane Names Carey Gille as President
Franchise FastLane, currently the fastest growing franchise sales organization, has announced that Carey Gille will move into a Presidents role responsible to drive the overall strategy and direction of FastLane. In January of 2017, Carey co-founded Franchise FastLane with Ryan Zink, CEO of FastLane and former President of Complete Nutrition.
Franchise FastLane has quickly become a major player in Franchise development now partnering with a dozen of the top brands in franchising. FastLane continues to grow as they focus on helping emerging and/or mature brands experience accelerated growth nationwide. They carefully study and select partnering franchise brands that bring unique concepts, strong leadership teams and proven opportunity for investors. Partnering closely with these brands, they work closely to establish a full-scaled development experience that delivers accelerated growth, royalty sufficiency and long-term success for brand founders and leadership teams. FastLane has quickly grow to a team of nearly 20 employees with leadership and support in the Omaha office and sales directors working remotely from all regions of the country.
Carey is a serial entrepreneur having co-founded four different start-ups throughout her career. She also brings extensive franchise experience having franchised with two different concepts on the “zee” side while also leading franchise development for multiple brands on the “zor” side. She co-founded ItsDeductible, which was later acquired by Intuit and is still utilized by TurboTax users today. She then worked for Intuit leading two key product initiatives while traveling the country as primary spokesperson featured on CNN Headline News, MSNBC, Wall Street Journal and more. Carey also co-founded Sojern, which is currently the world’s largest boarding pass and travel data advertiser.
Ryan and Carey then worked together to award over 240 Complete Nutrition locations in less than 18 months generating over ten times the unit sales goal and gaining the recognition of Entrepreneur Magazine as “Number Two Top New Franchise.” Carey became passionate about franchising as she saw it as the “best of both worlds” from her career history…an opportunity for business ownership like a startup with real resources for support like corporate America. Shortly thereafter, Ryan and Carey partnered to found Franchise FastLane.
“Carey has been instrumental in Franchise Fastlane’s growth over the last year leading our franchise development teams. She has proven to be the absolute best in the business when it comes to educating a franchise candidate on the Fastlane brands and what it takes to be successful as an entrepreneur,” says Ryan Zink, Franchise FastLane Founder and CEO. “Based on her proven track record, her relationship in franchising and her overall abilities to lead a team, we couldn’t be more excited about her acting as Franchise Fastlane’s president and leading our growth into the future.”
