EverLine is excited to welcome Justin W. to the franchise family! EverLine is the first franchise company that is bringing sophistication to the underdeveloped, highly fragmented line striping and pavement maintenance industry as a full-service provider and positioning itself to be the premier choice for parking lot maintenance. Born in an affordable housing project in Harlem, New York, Justin found his love of business development and real estate in 2006 working as a realtor. By 2014, he grew tired of running the hamster wheeler and took drastic action. Cut spending across the board, paid down debts, with the goal of becoming a property owner. He was able to develop connections with landlords and property managers and parlayed those relations into a vast knowledge the real estate investment.

In 2021, the family of 7 migrated down to triangle area NC. Justin and his wife decided it would be a better family environment and we are surrounded by great colleges and universities. They saw the EverLine opportunity and thought it was simple yet genius.

Justin loved the simplicity, scalability, and low start-up cost of EverLine but was most impressed that, in an industry that is driving by local mom and pop owner operators, EverLine provides a much-needed solution for property owners and managers who are looking for a professional, credible, communicative, and quality-focused line striping and pavement maintenance service provider.
