We are so excited to have Deven and Nicole join the Five Star Family! The addition of their two territories in NW Phoenix caps a whirlwind year. After “retiring” in December of 2021, they decided to make some significant life changes. They moved from Las Vegas to Phoenix and decided to start their new empire there. Both Deven and Nicole are entrepreneurs at heart and have owned their own businesses in the past. Their experience as business owners made them ideal candidates for Five Star Bath. Our initial discussions were focused on the techniques used, but quickly focused on the extraordinary support that Five Star Bath provides as they intend to be semi-absentee. Deven was focused on the point-of-sale technology that Five Star utilizes and Nicole was laser focused on our lead generation systems whose sole job is to make the phone ring for our franchisees. They are extremely excited and confident in the Five Star Bath model and cannot wait to scale their business within NW phoenix market.
