We are so excited to have James join the Five Star Family! The addition of their two territories in Chattanooga and North Georgia is the start of new chapter. Since graduating from Georgia Tech, James has spent much of his professional career in sales. His goals were simple: Create a financial model that would allow him to spend more time with his daughter. The Five Star Bath model was a natural fit allowing James to be semi-absentee as the business scales. The key elements of his decision were the low cost of entry and not having the requirements to lease a warehouse or other equipment.

As a result, he was able to purchase additional territories thereby increasing his earning potential. With our semi-absentee model he has a fully trained team in place on day 1 to operate the business on a daily basis. PRONEXIS our in-house lead generation and call center was what put it over the top. Not having to be both CEO and “chief lead generator” gave James the confidence to take on the entrepreneurial challenge. James has a plan and Five Star Bath’s quick to scale model provided him the launching pad for a whole new future. The Five Star team are extremely excited to welcome James to the family!
