Jim Heidenreich has 25+ years of proven Sales, Marketing and GM success exceeding financial goals and business objectives in Start-ups to $1B companies with a focus on team building, collaboration and driving sales growth.   

Jim is Co-founder of EBN Ventures, LLC d/b/a Maddyn, a line of premium natural hemp CBD oil and plant-based protein products formulated to help with recovery.

In addition, he served as President, NA for Springs Global, a $300M home textile company selling pillows, blankets, sheets and other bedding products into thousands of retail locations under the Serta brand.  Jim worked with the BOD to successfully sell the company to a strategic buyer in March of 2019.

Prior to that, Jim was CEO for Complete Nutrition (CN), a franchisor and marketer of general health, sports nutrition and weight-loss supplements.  During his time at CN, Jim takes great pride in having expanded the number of retail locations with new and existing partners.  Understanding the life transformation of becoming a franchisee, Jim was very involved in all aspects on the process, not only Discovery Days but traveling to meet potential franchisees, having regular phone calls, answering questions and of course celebrating with the team at the time of signing.

Earlier in his career, he was SVP / GM for Spectrum Brand’s $950M Global Battery business which includes Rayovac and Varta brands.  During his time leading the battery division, both sales and EBITDA grew, the first zero mercury hearing aid battery was launched, and Rayovac’s North America market share doubled.

Jim also has extensive multi-industry marketing and sales experience including serving as CMO for Nautilus’ direct to consumer Bowflex brand … selling to Colleges, High Schools, the NFL and local leagues as VP Sales & Marketing at Riddell Helmets… and launching breakthrough new products into food, drug, mass and big box channels as Group Vice President, Marketing & Ecommerce for EAS, a leading Sports Nutrition company which is now owned by Abbott Labs.  In addition, Jim has also worked with bike and marine dealers around the world during his time with Brunswick Bicycles and Outboard Marine Corporation, respectively.

Jim holds a BBA joint degree in Marketing and Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and an MBA from the University of Oregon.  A fitness enthusiast, Jim has completed two Ironman races, finished a 50K run and has competed in many marathons, half marathons and triathlons.  Jim lives in Omaha with his wife Andi, and his youngest son Zach who is a Sophomore at Elkhorn South High School.  Jim’s middle son Luke is a Freshman at University of Nebraska – Lincoln and his oldest son Alex, is a Junior at Cornell.
