Senior Vice President of Marketing
"Everybody puts their pants on one leg at a time"
My grandmother used to say this to me all the time, whenever I was nervous about something or my head would get a little too big for me. It was a good reminder that at the end of the day, we are all people, with struggles and wins. It's a reminder to have empathy for others while remaining confident in yourself.
I lead the team to identify and reach entrepreneurs who are a great fit for our brands by leading strategy and execution of go-to-market plans while coaching, developing, and empowering the team to do their best work. The Marketing team helps bring brands and people together to achieve their dreams while giving them the tools to accelerate growth.
Years In Franchising
Years With Franchise FastLane
I love helping people gain the opportunity to pursue their passions and build a legacy for themselves and their families. Growing up, my uncle was an early franchisee in the restaurant business so I got to see firsthand the positive impact that had on his family's future. It's also enjoyable to see great brands tell their story and grow into nationally recognized companies while providing opportunities for others to be a part of their success.
My husband, Tim, and I have 5 children, ranging from 21 to 11 years old. We have 3 boys and 2 girls: Kaleb, Kyren, Ansley, Cailee, and Barrett. We both grew up in Nebraska and ventured out to other places to live in the United States after college, but knew when we had a family, we wanted our roots to be in Nebraska. We are fortunate to have much of our extended family around us and spend a lot of time together.
When I'm not at a sporting event for one of our kids, I enjoy cooking and entertaining guests in our home, traveling to new countries, watching Nebraska volleyball and St. Louis Cardinals baseball, reading, or experiencing new adventures. I enjoy the simple things and being with my family.
