At FFL I get to wear a lot of hats when it comes to changing lives through franchising. I have the privilege of working directly with the top brands in franchising, leading a team of the most talented Franchise Directors in the industry, and most importantly working directly with candidates once they make the decision to move forward with purchasing a new business and ultimately changing their lives through entrepreneurship. It is challenging, rewarding, and a whole lot of fun!

What do you love most about FRANCHISING?

Franchising opens the door to opportunity and I love being a part of that! I get a front-row seat to the best in franchising while helping strong brands grow and blanket the country. We also get to witness the lives of so many change through business ownership and it really is priceless. Each day I am able to help dreams become a reality all while creating opportunity, jobs, and ultimately The American Dream!

Tell us about your family...

I have been married for 14 years to my husband Corey, he is my best friend and biggest supporter. Somehow he tolerates the beautiful chaos that I seem to consistently deliver.

Together we have started and sold two companies and he is now successfully running a franchise business we purchased. We share the same passion in life and in business and are constantly looking for new adventures.

We have two beautiful and extremely active little girls named Berkley and Kimber. They are exactly what my parents wished for me out of pure payback, they are strong-willed, confident, and apparently know it all already. They are our world and we love them all of the time and we like them most of the time!

Hobbies...

My hobbies have certainly changed over the years and currently, if I am not challenging our internet via zoom calls or traveling for work, you will find me at my daughter's games and practices, enjoying a concert with my husband, traveling with family, or friends and almost always enjoying a nice glass of champagne. I am definitely a social butterfly!

In addition to this, I love having time alone to read, reflect and set goals to constantly challenge myself.

I almost forgot a more recent hobby of mine, it seems I am constantly mentoring Bobby Brennan on how to be great at franchise development.
