"Get comfortable being uncomfortable"
In my role, I have the privilege to manage a team of brand directors across various industries and categories. I'm essentially the head coach of my team get the opportunity to lead, develop and execute the playbook along with the strategy for our brands growth. The role requires wearing lots of different hats and also being a player / coach as I work with helping prospective franchisees get across the goal line and join the franchise system.
I love the opportunity to help others bet on themselves. I know how intimidating it can be to jump into the mystical world of entrepreneurship but being able to help others evaluate brands and see if franchising is the right fit is great. Seeing someone who bet on themselves and overcame the fears of franchise ownership to become successful is the most rewarding part for me! The people in the franchising industry don't suck either!

My wife Lacey and I have been married since 2019 and live in Overland Park, KS. We have two rescue pit bull puppies that are basically oversized lap dogs named Rona and Rye. We are welcoming our first child, a baby boy, into the Brennan household in May 2020 and couldn't be more excited!
