Role at FastLane?

As a Sales Support Manager, I lead the lead-qualification process, analyze performance metrics, and provide strategic insights to improve conversion and optimize organic brand spend. I work closely with the Development team and key stakeholders while ensuring operational excellence through strong SOP management, data-compliance oversight, and day-to-day support. I also design and deliver training programs that strengthen team performance and support continuous growth.

I love that I get to dive deeper into the Franchising world!

Tell us about your family...

I live with my girlfriend, Mary Kate. We have a dog named Carby and we also foster dogs as well! Our current foster is named Ms. Pepper, and we plan to continue fostering dogs and find them wonderful homes! Both of our parents and immediate family live close by and we love to spend time with them on weekends!

Hobbies...

I love reading! Nothing makes me happier than cuddling up with a cozy blanket and my Kindle.
